We are a small and welcoming family hotel with 6 rooms and suites. In ancient times our hotel was a tower. You will notice this because as soon as you enter our hotel there is a beautiful, original steep flights of stone steps that take you up to admire the splendid views.
But don't worry, our friendly receptionist will be there to help you during the hours of 15:00 - 18:30 every single day of the week.
We want to make your holiday as easy and hassle free as possible which is why we provide you with a code to enter the hotel and a card to enter your room for your convenience.
In order for you to enjoy breakfast in our beautiful city, if you wish, we can arrange with a nearby historic pastry cafè to provide you with a special italian breakfast.

Allow yourself to get lost and wander through the cobblestoned streets of the centre, browse the local craft shops, take a seat at an outdoor cafe in the piazza San Michele and take a walk along the city walls and take in the scent of limes.
All our rooms and suites have been recently refurbished with comfortable yet elegant furniture. We offer solutions for singles, couples, families and friendship groups of up to four people with the option of interconnecting rooms.
Our bright rooms with the warm, earthy tones of the Tuscan terracotta floors and the warmth of wood are the perfect place to relax and unwind. All of our beautiful bathrooms have a shower and some also have a bathtub. They are all equipped with a hair dryer and toiletries.
All of our rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, you will find simple instructions in your room as well as a flat-screen TV, independent air conditioning and a mini-fridge.

The reception is manned from 15:00 pm to 18:30 pm by our lovely receptionist, after which time, access to the hotel is via a numerical code which will be sent to you by telephone or email prior to your arrival.
The hotel was formerly a tower house and therefore has no lift, to reach the rooms it is necessary to climb a flight or two of stairs but your effort will be rewarded by the beautiful views. If you arrive between 15:00pm and 18:30pm we will be able to help you with your luggage.
The hotel, through an agreement provides the breakfast service at the Pinelli Pasticceria also in Via Beccheria at number 28, just around the corner, where you will find courtesy and professionalism together with the experience in creating high quality products and where they bake sweet and savory pieces, cakes and pastries every day.

The structure is very beautiful and characteristic. The receptionist was very nice. Large and very comfortable room. Even equipped with two bathrooms. Paid guarded parking about 3 minutes on foot. In the center. Excellent value for money. We will gladly come back!
The property is located 15m from Piazza San Michele, in the exact center of the city, in a historic building developed vertically, the upper rooms enjoy a breathtaking view of the neighboring views, the rooms are very large, extremely well-kept and typical, with the right touch of rustic.
Really nice room in the center of the city, and when I write center, I literally mean the center, 20 meters from Piazza S. Michele is in the epicenter of the town, the structure is obtained from an ancient house, very particular, very welcoming, with a splendid bathroom. Central location.
